Are your Blu-ray releases region-free?

While many of our releases are Region Free, some are locked to Region A due to licensing agreements. Please check the individual product specifications before purchasing.

Do you include slipcases with all orders?

Limited edition slipcases are included only while supplies last. If a listing no longer mentions a slipcase or 'O-card,' the standard edition will be shipped.

When will my pre-order ship?

Pre-orders typically ship 3-5 days before the official release date. Please note that if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once all items are available.

Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?

Due to our high volume of orders, we are unable to combine separate orders once they have been placed in our system.

Yes, if a disc has a confirmed manufacturing defect or requires a replacement program, we provide a dedicated request form for eligible customers.
